Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Supply and Delivery of Motorbikes (Motorcycles) & Helmets to the States of Bauchi, Borno, Katsina, Kebbi and Niger in Nigeria, Bid Reference No. UCN/2024/07/046

You are invited to submit a quotation for the above subject for the World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Nigeria. The key timelines for this RFQ are:

1) Quotations must be submitted EXCLUSIVELY via email, afwcongbids@who.int

2) The closing date for submission of quotation is 14 August 2024 16:00 hours, Abuja/Nigeria time.

3) A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on this request, contractual or commercial matters may notify WHO via email,   afwcongbids@who.int (use subject: Bid Ref UCN/2024/07/046) no later than 05 August 2024 16:00 hours, Abuja/Nigeria time.

The WHO Nigeria Procurement team will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification from the Bidders. A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent by 06 August 2024, to all prospective bidders who would have submitted the self-declaration form.

Evaluation of quotations and selection of vendors will be performed at the end of submission date as indicated in the RFQ.
