New clarification added: Q.2: we would like to clarify one crucial point: our vehicles have not yet been independently tested for VR7 certification. Given that our materials meet the necessary VR7 standards, we seek clarification on whether we can proceed with the tender submission based on the compliance of our materials. Additionally, we would appreciate knowing if provisional certification or further documentation of our materials' compliance with VR7 standards would suffice at this stage. Your guidance on this matter would be invaluable in helping us ensure our submission aligns with UNOPS requirements. Thank you for your attention to this matter. New clarification added: Dear Sir,Please find below inquiries received from Potential bidders and UNOPS replies:Q.1: You specified that the base vehicle must meet EURO5 emission standards and be a 2024 model. We have access to brand new EURO5 vehicles that were manufactured in 2022 for the Russian market but were never delivered due to the invasion of Ukraine. These vehicles come with full warranty and zero mileage. If you allow us to use these 2022 models, we can deliver quickly and at a very attractive price.
