New clarification added: Question: "All costs must be broken down by filling up this form. Bidders who are partnering with national companies/ subcontracting components of the work must show a detailed breakdown of cost. (i.e. Do not lump the cost of Subcontractor/ Partner A under one line in the Running Cost. Instead, this cost must be broken down into personnel, equipment, etc, and shown as per the template.All costs must be specific and labelled according to the nature of costs".The above text is from the budget template. My question is, are we going to submit a sepaate template for the partner organization or we create another sheet on thesame template?  Are we also going to cost the activities each partner is implementing separtaely or only the personnel and running cost are we to separate?Answer: The budget should include costs of all the partners in the same template, no additional sheet is to be used and added to the template. The activities of each partner should be costed together but broken down into the different categories indicated in the budget template, such as personnel, equipment, etc. Please use the notes section to add any relevant details you see fit. 

New amendment added #2: This amendment is to add the presentation of the pre-bid conference as well as the corresponding minutes of the meeting

New amendment added #1: This amendment is required to update the date of the pre-bid conference from 15 July to 22 July. The timing from 2 to 3 pm remains the same.
