Provision of Customs Clearance Services to the United Nations Information and Communication Facility (UNICTF) In Valencia, Spain.

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified companies for the establishment of a contract for the provision of Customs Clearance Services to the United Nations Information and Communication Facility (UNICTF) located in Valencia, Spain. The requirement will include the following services that will be confirmed on an “as and when required” basis: a) Customs Clearance Services for Incoming and Outgoing shipments by air, sea and road delivered to/sent from the United Nations Information Communications Technology Facility, in Valencia, Spain (UNICTF). In addition to that, the contractor shall be able to perform the following third-party logistics services: b) Issuance of any type of Single Administrative Document and Certificates related with import/export and Provision of Customs Guarantee (T1 or other applicable document for the transit of goods under customs bond to/from UNICTF). c) Transportation services (CFR term) from/to main Spanish airports/seaports/bonded warehouses to/from UNICTF. The resulting Contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC's sole option to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one year each (3+1+1).
