New clarification added: Question: 1. Where the offeror has been granted PQ status for UNOPS Peace and Security Cluster Global Pre-Qualification (PSC PQ) for Explosive Threat Mitigation, is it required to fill in and submit the Form G?2. Where the Offeror has been granted PSC PQ for Explosive Threat Mitigation, but the Offeror is applying as a Joint Venture, should the Form G reflect only the other party's experience?3. If the Offeror has been granted the PSC PQ for Explosive Threat mitigation, should the certificate be Annexed to the bid?Answer: 1. Organizations that have been granted a PSC PQ do not need to fill out Form G, provided that the PQ vendor Past Experience Sheet is updated and has all of the relevant experience. 2. Correct, Form G should only include the information of the other party in this scenario, provided that the PQ vendor Past Experience Sheet is updated and has all of the relevant experience. 3. It is not required to attach the certification for PSC PQ to the bid.

New clarification added: Question: Does a contractor have to fill and submit the Past Contract Form (Form G) even if the contractor has been awarded a contract by UNOPS in the past?Answer: Yes, Form G is mandatory for all non PSC PQ organizations.

New clarification added: Question: If the Offeror has been granted teh PSC PQ for Explosive Threat Mitigation, is teh Offeror required to complete the DRiVE questionnaires? and if not can it be left blank?Answer: Correct, if the Offeror has been PSC PQ, the Drive questionnaire can be left blank.
