New clarification added: Q: Will all Sections operate concurrently during the design phase?A:Please refer to the updated Annex 4 . Section 3 has a shorter design schedule than Sections 1 & 2.Q: In the financial File "Annex 3" the Task 1.2.3 (Survey Report) is not mentioned in table A2 under Other Cost, can we include it and it is provisional? A: The Survey Report cost shall be considered as personnel cost under Table A2. The bidder can include it under "other cost" and it is not a provisional cost; however, the bidder shall take care to include the same cost in both tables A1 and A2. Q:In Section 1 & 2 of the financial file "Annex 3," is the area for Task 1.2.2 (Topographical Investigation Services) correct, or is it provisional? A: The area for the topographic survey is provisional for pricing purposes only. The actual areas shall be determined by the Consulting firm in coordination with the UNOPS team based on design needs and area(s) targeted and shall be paid according to the unit price included. New clarification added: Dear Bidder,kindly note that the first site location is Bourj Hammoud Garden at 10:00 a.m , followed by the two courts. After that going to Horsh Beirut and Qasqas courts. The focal point from UNOPS will wait you at the time in the first location.Best regards
