New clarification added: Dear Bidder,We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your interest in the recently issued Request for Proposal (RFP).We would like to inform you that an amendment has been made to section 2.4 of the bid for the Request for Proposal (RFP). The original wording stated: "Description of available performance monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and tools; how they shall be adopted and used for the six case studies." The new amendment reads as follows: "The available mechanisms and tools for performance monitoring and evaluation shall be described, outlining how they will be adopted and utilized to meet the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference." The amendment has been duly reflected in both the Schedule of Requirements and the Returnable Bidding Forms.We would like to inform you that the submission deadline for the RFP bid has been extended to the 24th of April 2024.Best regards,

New amendment added #2: There is a minor amendment to propose for the Request for Proposal (RFP). In section 2.4 of the bid, the original wording was: "Description of available performance monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and tools; how they shall be adopted and used for the six case studies." I would like to suggest the following revised wording: "The available mechanisms and tools for performance monitoring and evaluation shall be described, outlining how they will be adopted and utilized to meet the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference." This request for amendment has been initiated in response to a clarification query raised by the bidder.
