Description

1. It is anticipated that the Procurement Division of the United Nations will shortly be issuing a solicitation on the above subject. In this connection, the UN is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to provide the United Nations. 2. The Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) of the UN Secretariat in New York intends to solicit bids for Enterprise Printing Solution. 3. The EOI should include a description of the company profile and details of relevant experience. However, such description shall be limited to 1-2 pages length. Please do not include copies of certifications at this stage. EOIs that do not contain the information requested for evaluation may be rejected. In addition, interested new vendors will be requested to complete Vendor Registration Form. To register, please go to https://www.ungm.org/. 4. Please note on the following: This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid. The United Nations, Procurement Division (PD), UNHQ reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for solicitation document. The United Nations reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the closing date of EOI. The Vendor Response Form must be completed in full. The United Nations reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete, or received after the stated deadline. The United Nations reserves the right to issue the final solicitation documents only to those prospective Vendors that respond to this Expression of Interest and are deemed qualified upon the completion of an objective evaluation of their submission. The Expression of Interest does not constitute a Solicitation and responding to this EOI does not guarantee that the Vendor will be invited to participate in the Solicitation when issued; and the United Nations reserves the right to change or cancel the procurement at any time during the EOI process or the formal Solicitation process. Only those Vendors who are registered or provisionally registered or have started their registration process in the United Nations Global Marketplace for the relevant goods, services or works, will be eligible to receive the Solicitation Documents. The United Nations reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to Vendors who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the United Nations requirements.
