PURPOSE

In support of UNICEF Philippines’ advocacy and communication goals, this consultancy aims to build on and sustain the 6-month pilot of UNICEF Philippines’ Creators #ForEveryChild influencer platform that aims to establish a long-term meaningful relationship-building platform for UNICEF Philippines and vetted social media influencers.

This effort contributes to creating stronger public will on pressing child rights issues and UNICEF’s work through strategic digital communication and engagement. The Influencer Management agency will cover the following areas:

  1. Enhancement of UNICEF Philippines’ influencer engagement platform
  2. Scale up and regular management of UNICEF Philippines’ roster of social media influencers
  3. Creative and strategic influencer engagement in line with UNICEF Philippines’ key advocacy plans

This requirement seeks to establish a Long-Term Arrangement(s) and consequent Contract(s) for Social Media Influencer Management Services for UNICEF Philippine Country Office. The Long-Term Arrangement(s) is to be established for three years with a possible extension for another two years based on satisfactory performance.

Please be informed that the Philippine Country Office has shifted its bidding process to an online platform (UNGM and inTend) – expressions of interest, clarifications and submissions of bids must be submitted through the online platform. It is important to note that vendors will be required to have a UNGM registration to advance the bidding process. Please follow-up the guidance provided on the website on how to express interest and submit proposals.
