RFP-2023-124- AIDS Info Redesign

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to evolve the existing AIDSinfo platform into a versatile and engaging data dissemination and visualisation hub:
• providing an interactive and unified user experience
• encompassing all knowledge products derived from UNAIDS curated data
• making AIDSinfo accessible on various devices, including web and mobile
• resolving current usability issues.

Deliverable 5: Functional & non-functional requirements document
Deliverable 6: Low fidelity prototype & usability testing
Deliverable 7: Detailed sitemap, screen flow diagrams and wireframes
Deliverable 8: Visual design and visual comps

PROJECT TIMELINES
Phase 2 - Human-centred design process should be completed by the end of June 2024.

The service provider should submit a plan with all the tracks of work described above, activities, owners of the activities and deliverable deadlines. A detailed description of the project management methodology and approach should also be provided, clearly indicating project tracking tools (TFS, Jira or similar tools) that will be used. The service provider should also describe their approach for
• communication
• progress reporting
• document sharing.
