Description

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Afghanistan is inviting interested companies for pre-qualification through this Expression of Interest (EoI) for Construction and Rehabilitation services for different vertical structures in various location in Afghanistan.

UNICEF intends to impanel companies having proven expertise in the following services area and scope of work:

  • Civil Work 
  • Electrical Work
  • Mechanical Work
  • Plumbing Work

To respond to this request for EoI, all interested companies are invited to submit the documentations as stipulated in the Expression of Interest form posted in UNGM. Please read the requirements carefully to ensure that all documentations are submitted as well as the expertise.  

An information sharing session will be held on 14 December 2023 at 10:00 Hours Afghanistan Local Time. Companies interested to apply for this EoI are encouraged to participate in this information sharing session. The provided MS. TEAM link for joining the information sharing is available in the attachment.

IMPORTANT NOTE on submission of documents:

Interested companies must respond to this request for EoI and submit the required documents to dedicated email address afghanistanetendering@unicef.org with subject: “REOI–AFG-2023-001 – Company Name”.

The companies may send as many e-mails as needed; however, the size of each e-mail (including the attachments) should not exceed ten megabytes (10 MB). As an e-mail, can take some time to arrive after it is sent, we advise to send e-mail submissions well before the deadline.

The companies are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents sent to UNICEF are readable, that is uncorrupted and free from viruses and malware. Failure to provide readable files will result of documents being rejected.
