New amendment added #1: Dear Bidders,This Amendment is to inform you of the changes below : For lot 3, Portable trace detectors must include - 30 sampling swipes for each unit. The swipes should be reused up to ten times.- An On-device video training and/or user guide.Delivery time : Bidder shall deliver the goods 8 Weeks after Contract signature.Kindly consider this when placing your bid, and if you have already submitted your offer, please review it before the deadline.Best regards

New clarification added: Hello, Is it possible to take part in just one of the 3 lots?For the portable trace detectors, you don't mention the number of sampling tickets you would like to purchase. Could you specify this so that you can have a complete offer?Best RegardsAnswer : it is possible to bid for one lot of the 3. For the portable trace detectors, please provide 30 sampling swipes for each unit. The swipes should be reused up to ten times.

New clarification added: Good afternoon, We are approaching our bank regarding the form E, can you confirm whether this is a performance bond that is a percentage of the overall bid or is it a set value? Kind regards,Answer : Dear Bidder, the performance security is not requires at this point, you can submit the form without any entries, but depending on the background check of the successful bidder, UNOPS reserves the right to request a performance guarantee representing 5% of the contract value using the UNOPS form dedicated to this purpose or via a certified check payable to UNOPS

New clarification added: Dear Procurement team,In Lot 2-Item 1: Please confirm if UNOPS will accept an alternative brand such as GETAC ?Answer : Dear Bidder, the beneficiary has specified the brand Panasonic Toughbooks laptops 40, and they will not accept any alternative brand.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,We would be grateful if you could clarify whether a bid security or performance security form is required at this point. The 'Tender Particulars' section oin the 'Tender Information' section of the portal suggests not - however, each form is stated to be a mandatory part of bidders' submissions in the 'Docu,ment Checklist' section of the bid submission section.Answer : Dear Bidder, the performance security is not requires at this point, you can submit the form without any entries.
