Dear prospective bidders, 

Kindly be informed that UNICEF has issued RFPS-NYH-2023-503638:  Long Term Arrangement for the Provision of Global Record Storage and Archiving Services.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  

1.The proposals must be submitted to the following email address: supplybid@unicef.org with subject line RFPS-NYH-2023-503638. Please do not send general queries to this email. 

2. Proposer may send as many e-mails as needed. However, the size of each e-mail (including the attachments) should not exceed twenty five (25) megabytes. Please refer to RFPS Special Terms and Conditions No. 5.6 on the marking of the Technical and Price Proposals.

3. Email links are not acceptable. Bids submitted as a link or through a link will be invalidated.

4. As an email can take some time to arrive after it is sent, we advise proposers to send email submissions well before the deadline. Please be aware that proposals emailed to UNICEF will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. 

5. Proposals must be clearly marked with the RFPS number. The subject line of the E-mail(s) should state:  

--"Technical Proposal RFPS-NYH-2023-503638 Global Record Storage and Archiving Services " 

and in a separate email 

- "Price Proposal RFPS-NYH-2023-503638 Global Record Storage and Archiving Services  "

6. For queries related to this tender, please send email to: Marton Kristof Bela (mbela@unicef.org) and cc Anne Ukwuagu (aukwuagu@unicef.org).  The deadline for receipt of questions is  21 November 2023. 

7. Please do not send proposals to these individuals.  Any Proposals sent to the above named individuals will be disqualified.

8. Proposals must be received latest by 23.59 hours (Copenhagen Time) on 5 December 2023.
