Objective of the consultancy: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a qualified consultancy firm with relevant experience to support Unitaid in calculating the Return on Investment (ROI). Qualification of Firm and Consultants: The successful bidder will propose a team of experienced impact modellers, which could be from a single organization, or a consortia of individual modellers, or a hybrid of both. The team must have a substantive experience of public health and economic impact modelling, knowledge, understanding and experience of global health issues. The proposed team must meet the following requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting public health and economic impact modelling, including in the areas of HIV, TB, and malaria; • Proven track record of developing Benefits Costs Ratio (BCR)/ Return on Investment (ROI) analysis ideally at an organizational level • Substantive knowledge of access issues to health products (diagnostics, medicines, equipment) in resource limited settings; • Knowledge, experience and/or the capacity to utilize disease-level modelling approaches; • Knowledge, experience and/or the capacity to build bespoke models, e.g. technology or area specific impact models; • Experience writing technical reports or messages for public dissemination, with a proven capacity to translate complex technical content into a simple narrative and key messages; • Proficiency in English; final deliverables must be submitted in English. Desirable • Knowledge and experience of coordinating discussions with a range of stakeholders, e.g. global health technical partners. • Knowledge of Unitaid’s business model. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above mentioned Request for Proposal in accordance to the documents attached in the "Tender Document" tab. Proposals must be submitted via UNGM, through the “RFP documents” tab and upload documents in “My Tender Return” no later than 17:00 hours Geneva time, 17 November 2023 (extended from initial deadline of 10 November).
