United Nations Certificate Identity Documents.

The Office of Central Support Services (OCSS) of the UN Headquarters (UNHQ) in New York has recently upgraded its official travel document, the United Nations Laissez-Passer (UNLP) to an electronic machine-readable travel document, henceforth referred to as the electronic UNLP or e-UNLP. With the success of this initiative, the UN now intends to upgrade its Certificate identity documents to machine-readable passport book style documents conforming to ICAO Document 9303 Part 1 Volume 1 standards. The objectives of this tender are to solicit, assess, and procure the optimal blend of solutions for implementing and supporting the design, manufacturing, and personalization of UN Certificate documents. The vendor chosen through this tender shall design and supply blank UN Certificate, UN Specialized Agency (SA) Certificate, and Family Certificate booklets in accordance with the requirements specified in this tender. The supplier chosen to carry out the work detailed herein will also provide a solution for the personalization and quality control of these booklets, integrated with the existing UN travel document application
