The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to bid for the Request for Rehabilitation of multi-storey residential buildings in Kharkiv in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Introduction. Welcome the potential Bidders and brief presentation of UNOPS activities in Ukraine.2. Procurement in UNOPSIntroduction of the UNOPS procurement processes. 3. Bid documents and requirementsDescription of the Bid requirements and the documents required to be submitted.Reminded the contractors to submit bids on time and ensure all returnable schedules were properly filled, addressed all the requirements, supporting documents attached, and signed where required.All submissions are to be done through the eSourcing platform.All questions are to be channeled through the eSourcing clarification tool and responses will be sent to all the bidders at the same time.All bids should be done without VAT. The procurement of works is performed in the framework of international technical assistance.4. Questions and Answers part4.1. Question 1: Are there recommendations for implementing different types of work? Answer: All the recommendations you can find in the tender documents attached to the tender.4.2. Question 2: When the guarantees (advance payment guarantee, performance guarantee) and insurance certificates shall be provided?Answer: It is not necessary to provide guarantees during the bid submission stage, but they will be requested from the recommended bidder during the award stage. Insurance details should be filled out in Schedule 4.9 [Insurance Details and Insurances]. If you do not currently have insurance in place, you may state that it will be provided in the event of being awarded the contract.4.3. Question 3 (the checklist of submitted documents): Can we change the BOQ lines (add or delete)?Answer: No changes are allowed in the BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and unit costs must be included on each line.
