Please be informed that the Invitation to Bid (ITB/MD(SH)/38/23) For The Provision of pharmaceutical products in support of UNRWA’s operations is now available under UNGM website: Procurement Opportunities (ungm.org) Deadline for Bids Submission – Monday 01 October 2023 Bids are required to be received by UNRWA no later than Monday 01 October 2023 at 01:00 PM (Amman Time) (the Closing Time). Bidders are required to upload their Bids as per the instructions mentioned in the attached document named (INVITATION TO BID- ITB-MD-(SH)38-23 -The Provision of pharmaceutical products in support of UNRWA’s)- SECTION 5: SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS As explained in the tender package, the bidders should upload all requested documents in the placeholder indicated in the UNGM. In case the bidder offer does not contain Questionnaire A Or B, it is mandatory to upload a document stating, "no submission" as attached to enable submission of the bid return through UNGM. Pre-Bid Conference – Sunday 03 September 2023 at 01:00 PM Amman -Jordan Time Bidders are invited to the pre-bid meeting that will be conducted via MS-Teams on 03 September 2023 at 01:00 PM Amman -Jordan Time. The pre-bid meeting is an open forum during which questions from vendors will be answered, also to afford vendors the opportunity to obtain a clearer and deeper understanding of the requirements in the ITB documents for a better understanding of the Agency’s expectations and reduce misunderstandings that might delay project execution. Bidders are requested to confirm their attendance by Thursday 31 August 2023. Deadline for Request for Clarifications – Sunday 10 September 2023 When preparing the Proposals, bidders may contact in writing the Procurement Section of the Central Support Services Division, UNRWA Headquarters Amman through e-mail to tender.queries@unrwa.org; or through In-Tend via UNGM using the “Correspondence” function no later than Sunday 10 September 2023 (Amman Time) to request for clarifications on the tender.
