Ans 3 Under the overall guidance of the UNFPA Resident Representative & Deputy Representative and the direct supervision of the FP/RHCS Specialist, the Lead Consultant will work closely with the RH team and the larger UNFPA Programme and Operations Teams using UNFPA and national systems and tools to deliver results. S/he will also work closely with different Nigerian Federal and State Ministry of Health Departments, Local Governments, NGOs and partners to strengthen the supply chain for Family Planning in the country. Ans. 5 Yes, UNFPA will facilitate the link to the relevant stakeholders Question 6 Is your timing realistic? Ans. 6 Yes, it is realistic because it has been previously accomplished in the past and a background has been established for a similar exercise. Question 7 Do you have your budget limit for this consultancy? If yes, kindly reveal, for accurate financial preparation. Ans 7 It is expected that a consultancy firm with suitable experience in the work output requirements would have a fixed/negotiable standard rate applied for this type of request. We are depending on that experience to be applied to the costing factor required of the firm to complete this activity.
