Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-00076: Purchase of vehicles for the provision of Public services provided by State Employment Service (SES Centers), vehicles for the provision of social services (Mobile Social Services), and vehicles for provision technical inspection of Buildings (Regional Mobile Group for the Technical inspection of Buildings, Structures, and Engineering Systems Destroyed by the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation) for war conflict affected population in Ukraine (Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4 and Lot 5).

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org  using the profile you may have in the portal.
