Description
Provision of Monitoring Equipment / Solar thermal and PV equipment for a piloted residential building in Cairo, Egypt.
Bidders is free to bid for one or more lots, noting the below provision indicated in the ITB:
UNOPS reserves the right to cancel and/or award one or more lots based on the budget availability and priority. In case of award of 2 lots to the same bidder, UNOPS amy require additional information to confirm its operational capacity to deliver within the timeframe.
Vendors will be solely responsible for clearing legal barriers and customs for transport to Egypt.
If needed and wherever possible, vendors will be provided support clearing legal barriers and customs for transport to Egypt, by national project partner, RCREEE. All bids must be detailed and inclusive of all costs, delivery, installation, and commissioning, along with a financial breakdown.
Financial quotes should be in the format requested.

New amendment added #1: The object of this amendment is to inform bidders that for item (4.2) of the sechedule of requirements "PV Photovoltaic Solar Panels , they can offer a modules with a higher capacity, provided that the specific capacity W/m2 is equal or higher than the value we asked and that it does not require additional space on the roof.*you can find the amended item 4.2 in the document " ITB Section II: Schedules of Requirements Egypt ITB/2023/45737 "

New clarification added: Dear all, 1. Regarding the data logger item (2.6), we have to know the inverter brand so we can offer the same brand in terms of compatibilityThe data logger should be able to collect the data of all the others sensors listed in the Lot, 2. In reference to the PV modules item (4.2), Can we offer high efficiency Solar PV Modules with wattage more than 365W, such as 500W or 550W? A bidder can offer a modules with a higher capacity, provided that the specific capacity W/m2 is equal or higher than the value we asked and that it does not require additional space on the roof.3. If there's any approved vendor list or approved manufacturer by UNOPS please provide us.We don't have an approved vendor or manufacturer list.Best reg
