The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Sub Office Ogoja invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer FOR THE PROVISION OF LOGISTICS SERVICES TO UNHCR IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN NIGERIA. More details on the logistics route and services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (Annex A).

Quotations should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in this Request for Quotation, then sent by email to nigogsupply@unhcr.org and no later than: 17th February 2023 23:59 H Nigeria Time (Submission Deadline).
Please note the following guidelines for electronic submissions:
• Your quotation must be written in the English language and sent in PDF format

• Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 10 Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.

• Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:RFQ/HCR/NIG/23-011_Name of your firm_Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3).
