The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in the State of Palestine, wishes to invite qualified Institutional consultancy services providers to submit technical and financial proposals for Conducting Market Survey and development of qualified suppliers list in the State of Palestine (SoP).

The LRPS was revised on 09 Feb. 2023 to extend the submission deadline to 03 March 2023 and the bid schedule was modified as below:

b)Closing date: Friday, 03.03.2023 (before 15:00 hrs - Jerusalem time) (amended on 09.02.2023)

e)Deadline for receipt of clarification: Tuesday, 21.02.2023 (amended on 09.02.2023)
f)Response to clarifications by UNICEF: Thursday, 23.02.2023 (amended on 09.02.2023)
g)Bid opening on Monday, 06.03.2023 at 12:00 hrs. (Jerusalem time). Due to the nature of this bid and COVID-19 mitigation measures, there is no public bid opening. (amended on 09.02.2023)
