SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ROHN 45 GUYED TOWERS PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

THE REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO) seeks an Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies to supply and deliver ROHN 45 GUYED Towers Parts and Accessories - DAP MONUSCO Log base, Entebbe, Uganda. 2. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to assess potential companies who can provide MONUSCO with the ability, skill and knowledge with respect to the supply and delivery of ROHN 45 GUYED Towers Parts and Accessories as specified above. MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and intends to issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfil MONUSCO requirements. in addition; the interested companies will be requested to complete UN vendor registration for level 1 on the vendor database accessible on www.ungm.org (For new vendor only). A details list of Items Description will be provided to companies shortlisted for receipt of the (ITB) documents. 3. The EOI should specify brief, relevant information about the company, including the company's profile, capacity/capability and experience. - provide us with a customer reference list - provide us with a list of similar projects or orders already completed Vendors will be shortlisted based on their ability to provide the relevant documents showing that they are authorised to undertake business in DR Congo and Uganda. Interested vendors must also provide a copy of the company's registration certificate/license(s) with their response. 4. MONUSCO will only use the requested information for internal planning purposes, be kept strictly confidential, and only authorised personnel will have access to it. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid. 5. MONUSCO reserves the right to select the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities, and submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the (ITB) documents. MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated below. 6. The Expression of Interest should be submitted through email to monusco-vendorqueries@un.org and a copy to sumo.jallah@un.org with the written subject "EOI" - Expression of Interest for the Supply of ROHN 45 GUYED Towers Parts and Accessories for MONUSCO in DR Congo not later than 05 January 2023, 15:00 hours Goma time (GMT +2). As the objective of this EOI is to gather information on the availability of the potential suppliers, services and ability to deliver the requested items in a timely manner, your willingness and ability to reply will be of mutual benefit. Subsequent to this EOI and the submissions received, MONUSCO may request clarification through email / Fax or site visit for further information to better understand the documents submitted by your organisation. - Please confirm whether your organisation is willing to respond to any clarification request, including the site visit if needed; MONUSCO may raise that. - Also, please provide the correct contact information for any clarification requests.
