Se aceptarán generadores de dos características, descritas a continuación:
• Compra de 50 Generadores de Energía diesel, air cooled, 25kVA, 60Hz que cumplan con las siguientes características y estándares técnicos:
Generating Set skid mounted # 25 kVA (Model Deutz F3L91 2)
A complete diesel air cooled generator set including diesel engine, alternator, control panel, starting equipment, fuel tank and all other accessories for autonomous operation.
Factory test is available for any ordered units and all generators shall be in accordance with international standards.
Availability of internationally recognized certification for quality management such as ISO9001 and compliance with the following codes (or equivalent):
- UL 2200
- EPA emissions, stationary emergency, 40CFR60
- NFPA 110 capable

Integrated fuel tank having sufficient capacity to run the generator continuously for 8 hours at rated capacity. Tank have all necessary piping for operation and filling and conveniently positioned fuel level indicator.
ALTERNATOR
Stamford model PI 144E synchronous, air cooled, three phase, brushless, IP23 with Automatic fast voltage regulator (output +/- 2% under normal condition), screen protected.
MANUAL PANEL CONTROL
DeepSea DSE6120 automatic controller inclusive of:
- Automatic mains failure (AMF)
- Automatic main circuit breaker
- Manual Change over switch with positions for

The manual panel controls engines and alternator parameters, providing the acoustic and visible alarms and shutdown of the equipment for critical parameters including low oil pressure, high engine temperature and over speed.
Sockets: CEE Type, one 3 poles and one 5 poles.
GENERAL FEATURES
The engine and the alternator are connected with a heavy-duty elastic coupling and are mounted on a common rigid base frame with anti-vibration dampers and lifting eyes flexible for transportation. The engine, alternator, fuel tank and panel are one integrated unit and mounted on skid.
ACCESSORIES
- Full and detailed operating and service manual (full workshop documentation for both motor and alternator) in English
- Spare parts catalogs, drawings and information concerning the foundation, erection requirements, electrical connections to load and earth, all in English - Tools kit (including pipe spanners for injector’s)
- Spare parts for 2000 hours of operation consisting: 4 oil filters, 4 main air filters, 4 safety air filters, 4 fuel filters, 2 cylinder gasket head covers.
- Full set of replacement switches and sensors.
General Description:

Protection
The generator set should be equipped with automatic shutdown equipment if fatal parameters are exceeded including low oil pressure, high engine temperature and over-speed.
Mounting
The engine and the alternator should be connected with a heavy-duty elastic coupling and should be mounted on a common rigid base frame with anti-vibration dampers and lifting eyes flexible for transportation. Engine, alternator, fuel tank and panel should be one integrated unit mounted on skid.

• Distribución en cincuenta (50) entidades de salud de municipios priorizados relacionados previamente en los lugares de entrega.
• Instalaciones de los generadores de energía. En el alcance de la contratación se debe tener en cuenta todas las instalaciones y acometidas eléctricas que se requieran para poder entrar en funcionamiento y puesta en marcha de los nuevos equipos, así como las garantías.
• Capacitación al personal sobre operación, detección de fallas, rutinas diarias, medidas de seguridad, mantenimientos preventivos y todas las labores requeridas para la operación segura de los equipos instalados. Esta capacitación se desarrollará en las instalaciones de las entidades de salud al personal del área de mantenimiento asignadas para tal fin.
El pago se hará contra entrega, instalación y capacitación del personal en el uso de los generadores eléctricos.

Tener en cuenta las siguientes consideraciones para aplicar a la convocatoria:

• Las dos propuestas: Técnica y económica se deben enviar por separado.
