New clarification added: Dear ProcurementIn reviewing the specifications required we note that the following limit the possible solutions that can be provided as there are some products which are better at mitigation of threats so please advise if the below requirements can be waived for the better solutions to be availed:Central management system must be able to integrate and centrally manage all software of F5 that are under customers administration: F5 Local Traffic Manager cluster with DNS protection module and existing F5 Advanced Web application firewall.Is SSL VPN a mandatory requirement also?Dear Sir,Yes, SSL VPN is mandatory requirement.ThanksAnna

New clarification added: Please, confirm that in Document Checklist “Form F: Manufacturer’s authorization form” and “If a Bidder does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply, he shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization using the form included in Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufa” determines the same document.Dear Tamar,Yes, it is a criteria "If a Bidder does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply, he shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization using the form included in Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufa" and “Form F: Manufacturer’s authorization form” - is a form to present together with the bidding docs.ThanksAnna

New clarification added: Our Solution is fully supported from Manufacturer so they will cover maintenance and technical support after sale. Solution doesn’t includes hardware parts so offered products has no need service center in Georgia. Please confirm that manufacturer information is compliant with the Document Checklist “The name, address, telephone/fax numbers and e-mail address of the company providing maintenance and technical after sales support on behalf of the Bidder. The list of available service network in Georgia.”Dear Tamar,If in your case the Solution is fully supported from Manufacturer, please communicate it in the bidding docs and provide with the proof from manufacturer that they will cover maintenance and technical support after sale.ThanksAnna
