Closing date for submission bids no later than 26 September 2022, 10:00 hours, (Abuja/Nigeria) time.

 

2) Annexes 3,4,5and 6 of: CSU/GEN/2022/008/031attached must be signed

 

3) A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may notify WHO via email at: afwcongprocurement@who.int (use subject: Bid Ref: CSU/GEN/2022/008/031) no later than five days before closing date.

 

The WHO/Nigeria Procurement unit team will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification of the ITB that it receives prior to the closing date of the proposal. A consolidated document of WHO's response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the ITB.

 

4) Evaluation of proposals and selection of a vendor will be performed in accordance with the Intention to Bid (ITB).
