New clarification added: Question: I would like to request clarification on the evaluation stage of pass/fail which says " The Offeror must be registered with the Nigerian Civil Society Organizations to work in BAY States" is this tender only for NGOs because organizations do not need to register with Nigerian Civil Society Organizations to work in BAY States. The CAC allows companies to work in bay states.. is this a compulsory requirement?Response: Please refer to the latest RFP amendment that clarifies this criteria.
