Delivering on the Triple Billion Targets: Mainstreaming Delivery Communication and Change Effort across 3-levels of WHO

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to support the ongoing mainstreaming of a focus on measurable impact across the 3-levels of WHO. The selected contractor is requested to support the development of:

1.  A change management strategy applicable at the global, regional and country level

2. A communication strategy, including key messages and style of communcations to accompany the change management

3.  Drawing from the change management and comuncation strategy, undertake a proof of concept of applying this approach in countries for trailblazer indicators within the triple billion targets
