Request for proposal for Review and Assessing of Child Protection Groups in 13 states as per attached ToR. Please adhere to the following instructions to bidders:

1) Please ensure you make separately your Technical and Financial proposals. They should NOT be made together

2) Submission is online to only this mail : ngrsupply@unicef.org - please dont copy anybody

3) Ensure the first pages of your Technical and Financial proposals are made on your letter head with contact details of your staff responsible for this RFP e.g names, phone number and email address. The first page should be signed by the authorizing officer of the company

4) Your submission email must reference the RFP number 9176928 as the subject matter otherwise, your proposals will not be opened.

5) No late submission will be accepted

6)  Please ensure you make separately your Technical and Financial proposals. They should NOT be made together
