Request for proposal for physical stock count of vaccines and other health commodities in Health Facilities in Nigeria as per attached ToR

Please note these responses to some queries so far received: National Training (TOT): This training will be conducted centrally in Abuja for all the successful vendor representatives. While UNICEF will be responsible for the venue and feeding during the training, each successful vendor will be responsible for the travels and accommodation of their personnel. 2. Zonal and state level training: Each selected vendor will be responsible for the zonal and state level trainings. These should be organized at the zone and states respectively. There will be only technical support from UNICEF and Government personnel. 3. Data analyses: This will be done by the firm in Abuja and UNICEF will provide the sample checklist for the successful vendors and that both ODK and paper based checklists will be used for the data collection. While UNICEF will be responsible for the venue, each successful vendor will be responsible for the travel and accommodation of their key personnel that will be available during the exercise. 4. Seven (7) days close out: Each vendor will be requested to make a formal presentation of his findings during that period. Vendors are responsible for their accommodation and travels, while UNICEF will be responsible for the venue and feeding. 5. ICT: Vendor will be responsible for all the ICT materials during the exercise. 6. National Logistics Working Groups: UNICEF will be responsible for all the expenses by National Logistics Working Group members. 7.
