New clarification added: Dear potential bidders, below are several requests and clarifications provided.Please, concider them when preparing the proposals.Tender Evaluation Team - The indicative number of participants in trainings is 45 in total or 45 per region?The indicative number of participants is 45 journalists in total.  - In which month do you forecast the trainings to take place in August or September? The trainings can be organized in the period September-November.  - What is the expected number of journalists for the more advanced level of trainings, that should be organized in Skopje?The number of journalists per training is not stipulated in the ToR. However the attendance numbers should justify logistic and financial efforts of organizing the training. It is not recommendable to have less than 5 trainees per training.    - Will the journalists who have to participate in the advanced training in Skopje have to attend basic training in one of the regions?No, this is not mandatory. The advanced training is for journalists who have a history of covering EU integration topics and have a higher level of understanding the process.   - Could the same team of three trainers deliver all the trainings in all four regions, including the advanced one in Skopje?Yes. The team of trainers can deliver all trainings. - Should we attach the CVs from the government officials which would be only guest lecturers on the trainings, as well, since that would not be engaged as experts? Public administration employees are not allowed to receive contracts for this type of engagements.No, Government officials who will support the training will be coordinated with the Secretariat for European Affairs. The service provider should cover the logistical arrangements (travel and meals) for their engagement if needed.  - The language for this tender is English. Should we provide translation of all documentation attached, or we could attach original documents without translation? For example: Central registry documents, sustainability policies, contracts and customer references.There is no need to provide translation to English for the documents requested.
