The main objective is the performance of required implementation activities to ensure the correct and proper works are carried out for the
Restoration of Castle of Bashtova, Albania - to the acceptance of UNOPS.

New clarification added: Dear Maddam/Sir, In the Annex A 1 - 1_DD_Architectural_Design_Rev_4_Part_6, Page EU4C - 1.3.3 - D - A - 18 it is foreseen the temporary fence of the site, hight 2.2m. In the Bill of Quantities, Chapter A "Site Mobilisation" there is no working item for the temporary fence. We would like a confirmation if the temporary fence should be included in our offer? If yes please confirm the total length of the fence, so that we can evaluate a cost for this item.Thaml you,Dear Sir/Madam, Please note tat BoQ is priority , so you should quote as per the requirement in the BoQ. New amendment added #1: 1. The Site Visit took place on 20.06.2022. The minutes of the site visit is uploaded 2. Clarification regarding BoQ, Position 2.8.1 Digital equipment: Dear Bidder,For the time being, please do not place any cost estimates for the item in Electrical Section of the BoQ, page 20, last item, 2.8 Digital Equipments, 2.8.1 S.I. Digital screens, media player, PC, Interactive sensor, software, speakers, controller, cable. However and in case you have already submitted the offer please be advised that the cost estimate would be evaluated without this item.The Castle in Bashtova is planned to have an interpretation content created both within the fortification walls and in the Interpretation center to be developed at the entrance of the Castle, however the design is being currently detailed and will be treated in the next stage.Best regards,Procurement TeamUNOPS Albania

The list with the names of representatives of the bidders who will attend the clarification meeting is required to be submitted in writing by bidders at least 24 hours before the Site Inspection is to be held, to the UNOPS albania office / Procurement at: http://bids.albania@unops.org, including the full name and position of each representative.Date: 20 June 2022Time: 11:00 am UTC (13:00 Tirana time)Location: The Castle of Bashtova is a medieval quadrangular fortress located 400 m north to the flow of the Shkumbin River into the Adriatic Sea in Central Albania, and 4 km from the beach of Spille.
