1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to establish a long-term contract(s) with a qualified vendor(s) for vehicle maintenance, repair & recovery services for its Toyota Vehicle fleet located in Baghdad, Erbil, Kirkuk, Mosul, Dohuk and Basra, Iraq. For one (1) year with an option to be extended for additional two (2) years one year at a time. 2.0 • UNAMI is looking to establish a contract with a highly qualified and experienced agent(s) of the Toyota Motor Company, that can provide Maintenance, Repair and Recovery Services to UNAMI (Armoured and Soft-Skin Toyota Vehicle Fleet) in accordance with the equipment manufacturers’ procedures, standards, and specifications, including the supply of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts, lubricants, and associated items to carry out the services and/or to supply the spare parts only 3.0 Vendor Must be an Authorised dealer 4.0 Vendor Workshops must be Certified by Toyota in All locations (Baghdad, Erbil, Kirkuk, Mosul, Dohuk and Basra, Iraq). 5.0 • The vendor shall have adequate numbers of certified Toyota technicians with a minimum of 3 years of experience and certified Toyota master technician(s) available 6.0 UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. In addition, the interested Companies will be requested to complete a UNGM Registration at level 1 or above. 7.0 Please note on the following: • This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for ITB document. • UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline. NOTE : SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY) 8.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: i. Duly completed and signed Pre-Qualification questionnaire and the Vendor Response Form ii. License Registration for Iraq: Company registration certifications from relevant Iraqi authority iii. UNGM registered at level 1 or above Note: Proof of Documents must be submitted as part of technical requirements upon receipt of the tender document.
