New clarification added: 1. We would like to respectfully request for clarification on the calculation of the Liquidity / quick ratio and if ETP will also consider the formula which is: (Total Current Assets – Inventory – Prepaid Expenses)/Accounts Payable)?2. We would like to respectfully request for clarification on Table 2 of Form C particularly on the Cost for Component 3. Would it be possible to exclude specifying reimbursable costs under this item as the costs will vary greatly and would therefore be difficult to indicate a cap/budget. Instead, would it be possible to indicate (consistent with Table 1 of Form C) that costs will depend on the required assistance and will be paid at cost?3. We note that there are specified maximum number of pages for Form D Section 1.1 and Section 1.2. We would would like to respectfully request for clarification on the maximum number of pages for Form D Section 2 and Form D Section 3, if any. Dear Valued bidder, 1. The liquidity/quick ratio is total asset divided by the total liabilities2. In order to set out a contract, we would need to know how much would be the ceiling of this contract value because we would need to report this to the Committee as well as Procurement Authority. Therefore, although some components of the contract will be reimbursable, we would need to set a ceiling on how much the reimbursable costs's ceiling is.In this case, we have indicated an assumption that bidders should assume they would be invited to maximum 10 information dissemination sessions, and therefore should include a unit rate for 1 session of information dissemination.3. There is no maximum number of pages for Section 2 and Section 3. Bidder can adjust as needed
