New clarification added: Just wanted to make sure that we are submitting for Regional scope. How would it differ from the requests coming in individdual countries - previous Indonesia - and recently Vietnam, and perhaps The Philippines coming out shortly? We read through, and the difference is stating regional and country. But not deliverable/scope wise. Dear Valued bidder, ETP has some regional programmes, which is cross-cutting with implementation in multiple countries that ETP operates in. The localised BPAs required specific in country presence/experience and language requirements, whereas the regional TA does not.Thank you.

New clarification added: Due to the fact that in Latin America and most European countries the current week has some vacancy days because of the Holy Week, is it possible to extend the deadline to submit the quotation until April 29th, 2022?Dear Valued bidder, We will extend the deadline of submission until 29/Apr./2022 as requested.Thank you.
