Description
In this Request for Information (RFI), the United Nations Secretariat’s Air Transport Service seeks to identify potential companies or organizations that possess the expertise in Aviation-related Training. Air Transport Service (ATS) is located within the Office of Supply Chain Management as part of the UN Secretariat's Department of Operational Support in New York. ATS provides policy, governance, oversight, and contract management to the world-wide fleet of United Nations commercial and military aircraft, as well as Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Air Transport Service is seeking to receive information on the market availability of the following or similar trainings: a) Management of Aviation Quality and Service (classroom). b) Safety Management Systems (LIVE virtual classroom or self-paced e-Learning) c) Emergency Response Planning Workshop (LIVE virtual classroom or self-paced e-Learning) d) Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) Awareness & Familiarization (LIVE virtual classroom or self-paced e-Learning) e) UAS-OPS - Professional Operations of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) (LIVE virtual classroom or self-paced e-Learning) f) Introduction to International Air Law (LIVE virtual classroom or self-paced e-Learning) The UN would like to receive information on the following aspects of each training: 1) Minimum course contents 2) How the training materials, books, supporting manuals are distributed 3) Language availability 4) Any requirement for exams or other certification processes 5) Date availabilities (for classroom and LIVE virtual classroom trainings) 6) Location availability (for classroom trainings only) 7) Time zone availability (for LIVE virtual classroom trainings only)
