Description

Support eCRVS Implementation initiative to accelerate universal birth registration in Nigeria.

  1. develop and deploy eCRVS Minimum Viable product (MVP)
  2. develop capacity tools and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for eCRVS Service Delivery Excellence
  3. create change management plan for the Minimum Viable Product and effective governance and accountability mechanisms for eCRVS system in Nigeria

All proposals should be submitted via email to ngrsupply@unicef.org on or before 12:00noon on 4th january 2022 with the RFP number used as email subject title.

note that the technical proposal should be seperated from the financial proposal
