Procurement of Roofing Materials

Dear Sir / Madam,

We kindly request you to submit your Bid for Supply of Roofing Materials (ITB/PNG/006-2021). Please be guided by the forms attached hereto in preparing your Proposal. Proposals shall be submitted on or before 5.00 p.m. (PNG time) on December 7, 2021/the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. Proposals must be submitted in the online e-Tendering system at the following link https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, please see the instructions below.

The pre-proposal conference will be conducted at the following time:

How to find the event and tender documentation: Once registered, bidders have to insert under the field "Event ID" the following: "PNG10" in the first box, and "ITB-21-006"  in the second box and click the Search button.
