Dear potential supplier, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO" is pleased to submit a Proposal for the provision of Consultancy services to design an awareness raising campaign on promoting safe, regular and orderly migration and improving labour migration governance in the Horn of Africa; as further described in Annex III Terms of Reference (TOR). Your Proposal must be received by ILO no later than 20 November 2021, 17.00 (EA time). Late bids shall be rejected. You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal.
