External Evaluation of the Special Account: Multi Donor Programme on Freedom of Expression and Safety of Journalists (MDP)

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit electronic tenders as follows:

As per UNESCO’s guidelines for special accounts, and the Multi Donor Programme Strategy, an external evaluation should be conducted every four years (after each biennium) to provide a full analysis of the overall implementation and impact achieved. Therefore, UNESCO is requesting for proposals for an external evaluation to cover the period of 2018-2021.
