Consultancy to Update Community Based Health Care Policy, Guidelines, and Supportive Supervision Mechanism - Namibia

ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES

a) To conduct desk reviews of existing relevant national and international CHBC programme documents including the global WHO 2018 guidelines on healthy policies and systems support to optimize community health workers programme, Standard Operating Procedures Health Extension Program 2014, National Policy for Community Based Health Care 2008, Evaluation report of Namibia Community Health Care Workers Programme 2017 and all other relevant national and international documents as well as training manuals and identify key information relevant from regional and global standards.

b) To revise/update Community Based Health Care Policy and guidelines with clearly defined quality assurance mechanism at community levels.
