Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enable WIPO for Creators, a consortium founded by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Music Rights Awareness Foundation (MRAF), to select: LOT 1: a Programme Management Team (PMT) to progress, manage and coordinate the build and operation of the Creators Platform on its behalf; and LOT 2: a Content Delivery Team (CDT) to design, develop and produce the content for the Creators Platform in consultation with the PMT and the Project Board.
