EIIP Papua New Guinea - ITB-2021-72 - Road Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Six Rural Roads

Dear Bidders, On behalf of the International Labour Organization, your company is invited to submit a proposal for ITB 72/2021 pertaining to the Rehabilitation and Maintenance of Six Rural Roads in Papua New Guinea. - Pre-bid and LRBT Training Meetings on Monday 25-10-2021 or 08-11-2021 at 11 AM : The mandatory pre-bid meeting and training are scheduled to take place at ILO office in Wewak, Papua New Guinea (attendance can be also virtually through Zoom, bidder can refer to the related link in the instructions to bidders' document). - Site Visit: For all lots, time will be extended until 15 Dec 2021.. For the Locations and times, please refer to section 1.5 in the Instructions to bidders' document attached to this ITB. (Please refer to the amendment No. 5 for more details about the site visit in the clarification section). - Request for clarification deadline: extended until 15 Dec 2021 before 17:30 PM (Wewak, Papua New Guinea's time). - Bid submission deadline: extended until 23 Dec 2021 before 12:00 PM (Wewak, Papua New Guinea's time). Note: Only bidders who managed to attend the Site visit, pre-bid meeting and the LRBT training can submit their proposals.
