The United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti is seeking information from vendors on the provision a leasing/rental and maintenance services in support to its operations in Haiti. Please find detailed information in Annex A and B attached. The current/projected required fleet consist of approximately Forty-three (43) diesel engine vehicles as follows: - Three (3) armored vehicles with all wheel drive, - Thirty seven (37) Sport Utility Vehicles - SUV (with all wheel drive); - Three (3) pick-up trucks The expected services is on a turnkey solution basis (including but not limited to leasing, maintenance including tires change, satellite tracking, insurance, etc). In addition to this, the company must be able to provide recovery services, vehicle repairs and maintenance services, provision for scratches and body repairs, repainting, modification, equipment on an “as and when” required basis and tyres replacement for the rented vehicle fleet. The turnkey solution if undertaken might have an initial duration of one (1) year with a possibility of additional two (2) consecutives one (1) year extension.
