RFP LETTER OF INVITATION Dear Sir/Madam, The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, hereinafter referred to as UN Women hereby invites prospective vendors to submit a proposal(s) in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Terms of Reference as set out in this RFP. The UN WOMEN Liaison Office for the GCC publishes media in both Arabic and English and puts out social media products on Twitter regularly in both languages, and sometimes with short notice. Creation and translation of social media products – from tweets to visual imagery to infographics - becomes necessary and most often with a tight deadline and is expected at the highest standards of quality aligned with UN standards of excellence. These same standards of excellence apply to the drafting of written products, such as speeches, talking points, press releases, and interviews. In the context of the facts mentioned above, the UN WOMEN Liaison Office for the GCC is seeking a high-quality full-service communications provider (company) with high levels of competence and relevant experience for a period of three (3) years with renewables one-year contracts subject to satisfactory performance and needs of the service.
