Request for quotation for consultancy services: the creation of a market study for fundraising in Turkey for UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships in MENA Region

In light of the current COVID 19 pandemic that caused widespread increase in number of refugees and internally displaced people, PSP MENA is looking to expand its operations and raise funds from the Republic of Turkey. It requires a market study on private-sector fundraising potential in that country, including but not exclusively for Islamic philanthropy.

Reference period

The service provision starts as soon as the provider has been appointed and services must be delivered within two months.  

Preselection Criteria: The service provider has to be based in Turkey, as this would strongly indicate better connections, network and real time understanding of the climate in Turkey. In order to establish compliance with this criteria, a valid trade license is to be sent.

Failure to submit this will result in disqualification.
