Description

UNFPA Nigeria team intends to leverage on an existing social media app that is already well known and widely accepted as a means of communication, to reach the Nigerian masses (starting with the Southwest) with information on contraception and family planning services which will in turn promote contraceptive uptake.

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested services and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorised representative.

Objective
The overall purpose of this request is to design, build and maintain a WhatsApp chatbot platform.

Vendors are required to register on the UNGM vendor portal and submit quotations following the RFQ guidelines and required forms on company's letterhead to the secured email address: unfpangprocurement@unfpa.org ONLY.

Completion of the Price Quotation Form on vendor's Letter Head is applicable and ability to meet the Technical Evaluation requirements is necessary for final selection.
