Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies and Equipment, UNHCR, Libya
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Libya Office, invites qualified suppliers and manufacturers to make a firm offer for the Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies and Equipment.
The estimated requirement of UNHCR is specified in Annex A.

Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification in respect of this ITB by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for receipt of questions is 17:00 hrs Libya Time (UTC+2) on 27/09/2021.
Online pre-bid conference
UNHCR will arrange for an online pre-bid conference on 28/09/2021 via Microsoft Teams. The received questions will be answered during the conference and a Questions & Answers document will be prepared and shared with all interested bidders after the conference and by no later than 30/09/2021.
SUBMISSION OF BID:
The offers must bear your official letterhead, clearly identifying your company.
Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format. (Copies of the PDF format documents may, as an addition, be included in Excel or other formats etc.). The Technical and Financial offers shall be clearly separated.

A maximum of two representatives per company is allowed to attend the conference. Names and email addresses of the company’s representatives must be provided, at least one working day in advance, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
THE TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL OFFERS SHALL BE SENT SEPARATELY IN TWO DIFFERENT EMAILS.
The subject of the email must clearly state the type of offer (i.e. Financial or technical).
Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
