SECTION 1: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the provision of Services as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

Site Visit Will be Conducted

The site visit is mandatory. All interested bidders are requested to conduct the site visit. The bid will not be considered for those bidders who will not conduct the site visit and will not be included in further evaluation and will be rejected. All interested potential bidders to attend the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior to sending the formal bid to UNDP.
The site visit will be conducted: Tuesday the 7th of September 2021 between 01:00 p.m. till 03:00 p.m.

When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted using Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form and Annex 3 Technical and Financial Offer, by the method and by the date and time indicated in Section 2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
