Please be informed that the Technical Specifications of the Requirement had been Amended, therefore, the Closing Date has been extended from September 15 to September 20, 2021. Please take note accordingly.
SECTION 1: Request for Quotation (RFQ)
UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Assembly of Fridges for Cold Beverages and Vegetables as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Your submission must be received on the stipulated date and time in the etender event.
Deadline for the Submission of Quotation 15 September 2021, 4.30 pm (Djibouti time) (Please refer to E-Tender indicating EST/ EDT Time is same aligning with deadline)
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Submission that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
